As a Church or England Voluntary Aided School, we aim to provide an education for our pupils based on the principles of the Christian faith. This is reflected in a high standard of academic teaching in a caring and supportive environment where they are encouraged to develop their talents to the full.
As well as a broad and balanced curriculum, we encourage pupils to take part in a very wide range of additional activities, many of which are available through lunchtime or after-school clubs. These help pupils to develop social skills and confidence and provide opportunities for further learning.
We aim to equip all our pupils with skills which will enable them to make a positive contribution to a multicultural society. We recognise all pupils as individuals coming from a variety of backgrounds and we encourage them to respect and value the differences between themselves and others. |
